David Koma offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original designer packaging to qualify for a refund.
Request a Return
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Place the items securely in the original shipping box and include the printed return form inside the package to ensure efficient processing by our team.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at a local DHL service point or schedule a collection online; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been inspected and processed.
